Y531 Packer is specially designed for injection operation, such as acidizing, water or polymer injection. it is made up of multiple circulating valve, hydraulic anchor slips and rubber cup and so on

Setting :

Throw a first ball(small) into the ball seat and release the rubber cup limiter. when continue pump down to formation as injecting. Some of liquid will flow through the annulus driven the rubber cup upward movement to push the element expansion to sealing the annulus.

Injection :

In the injection operation such as acidification, the hydraulic anchor will cling stuck packer body to keep stabilize until the job completion.

Circulation:

After acidizing, pressure annulus to open the Multi-circulating valve for reverse circulation. After that drop a second ball on ball seatto close the circulating valve.

Unset the packer:

After first zone of squeeze ,stop the pump.The packer unsealed automatic. Move to other position for acidizing if like.
